This is a very strong-flavored cheese spread! Cut these flavorful logs into rounds and serve with round buttery crackers.

1 pound shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, chopped
½ teaspoon paprika

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, mix the Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, pecans, mayonnaise, lemon juice and garlic. Form into 2 or 3 logs. Sprinkle each log with paprika. Chill the logs until firm, about 2 hours.
  • Slice each log into rounds as needed, and serve with crackers.

1 units velveeta cheese
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cups pecans
4 units garlic

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together and shape into logs or balls.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 24 hours to let flavors mix.
  • Just before serving sprinkle with paprika or red pepper for a spicier taste. Serve with Ritz crackers.
