A ready-made four-cheese pizza gets its green on when you top it with romaine lettuce and tasty garden salad fixings.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 frozen rising-crust four-cheese pizza (12 inch)
3-1/2 cups torn romaine lettuce
1/2 of a small red onion, cut into thin wedges
1 small tomato, cut into thin slices, quartered
3 Tbsp. pitted black olive slices (optional)
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing or Three Cheese Italian Dressing

Steps:

  • Bake pizza as directed on package.
  • Meanwhile, toss lettuce with onions, tomatoes, olives and dressing.
  • Cut pizza into 6 wedges; top with salad.

6 Rhodes Texas™ Rolls or 9 Rhodes™ Dinner Rolls, thawed and risen
8 ounce container soft chive flavored cream cheese
cherry tomatoes, halved
black olives
1/2 small cucumber thinly sliced
1/2 green pepper sliced or cooked asparagus spears
1/4 purple onion, cut in thin rings
parsley, chopped
McCormick/Schilling Salad Supreme seasoning, if desired

Steps:

  • Press rolls into a ball. Roll into a 13-inch circle. Place on a 12-inch sprayed pizza pan and poke with a fork several times to keep bubbles from forming. Bake at 350°F 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from the oven and cool. Spread crust with cream cheese. Arrange vegetables in a decorative pattern. Sprinkle with parsley and Salad Supreme, if desired.

Summer is coming and i don't want to slave over a Hot Stove. So I will be making alot of this recipes.. :) Also you can make is vegetarian, just by getting soy cream cheese or hummus.. I do sometime and it still taste awesome..

1/2 pound(s) cream cheese with chives, room temp.
6 - texas toast
1/4 cup(s) parsley
2 cup(s) cherry tomatoes
1 medium bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
1/4 cup(s) black olives, sliced
1 medium onion
1 teaspoon(s) basil, fresh
1 small cucumber, thinly sliced

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 F. Place Toast in the oven on a stoneware or baking sheet. Bake until golden brown. Set aside to cool.
  • Spread cream cheese on top of toast, Arrange the veggies in a decorative pattern ant top with onion rings. Sprinkle parsley, basil, salt and pepper to taste..
