Cut raspberry flavor gelatin into squares for fun Finger Gelatin treats. Also known as Castle Bricks, kids can eat this Finger Gelatin with their hands!

Steps:
- Combine first 2 ingredients in large bowl. Add boiling water; stir until completely dissolved.
- Pour into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm before cutting into small squares.

FINGER JELLO FUN
I used to make this for my kids when they were growing up now I make it for my grand kids and my kids still love it....I can't keep the kids out of it....My husband and I love it too..Plus it is a healthy dish...These are one of those that melt in your mouth not in your hand....I keep them in the fridge so they are handy...

Steps:
- 1. Need medium saucepan, and 9 inch cake pan....press and seal plastic wrap....You may use juice in place of water...I love to mix the gelatin flavors (2 different flavors) such as lemon and peach or lemon and black cherry) In medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil...sprinkle all gelatin packets into boiling water and stir constantly till all is dissolved...
- 2. Stir in cold water...stir well and pour into cake pan and cover with press and seal plastic wrap...Chill for 3 hours or place in freezer on a flat surface...remove from frige or freezer after gelatin has set....Cut into 1 inch cubes and you can store in a airtight plastic container..Enjoy!!
- 3. Little kids and big kids love these......They aren't messy like regular Jello can be.....

Steps:
- Spray 9x13" pan with pam.
- Dissolve unflavoured gelatin in 1 cup cold water and set aside.
- In saucepan, bring 1 cup water to boil.
- Add jello and sugar.
- Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
- Add gelatin mixture and stir.
- Add 1/2 cup cold water and let set.
- When it is set, you can easily cut it into squares.
