1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (1 lb) box powdered sugar
2 (1 ounce) packets powdered cocoa mix or 1/2 cup cocoa
2 tablespoons butter
2 (1 gallon) ziploc bags

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in one of the Ziploc bags, close and put it in the next Ziploc bag.
  • Give everyone a turn at squishing the bags to mix.
  • Mix until smooth.
  • Make sure the cream cheese and butter are at room temperature before mixing starts.
  • After mixing is completed, cut the corner off the bag and press a thin fudge line from the bag.
  • Apply as decoration for cupcakes, cookies etc.
  • Press any extra fudge out on a flat plate to enjoy later.

4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
3 oz. Cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
chopped walnuts, if desired

Steps:

  • Put all ingredients in a gallon freezer ziploc type bag. Pass around between friends, squishing until completely mixed and smooth. Squish flat and cut bag down sides. Cut and serve.
