These easy and colorful fruit and yogurt parfaits are a fun match!

3 tubes (2.25 oz each) Yoplait® Go-GURT® strawberry splash yogurt (from 1 lb 2-oz box)
3 tubes (2.25 oz each) Yoplait® Go-GURT® strawberry kiwi kick yogurt (from 1 lb 2-oz box)
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
2 medium kiwifruit, peeled, cut into small chunks
Whole strawberries, if desired

Steps:

  • In each of 6 (4- to 6-oz) parfait glasses, alternate layers of yogurt, sliced strawberries and kiwifruit.
  • Cut whole strawberries into heart shapes; thread on toothpicks. Garnish each parfait with strawberry heart. Serve or loosely cover and refrigerate up to 3 hours.

3 cups vanilla nonfat yogurt
1 cup fresh or defrosted frozen strawberries in juice
1 pint fresh blackberries, raspberries or blueberries
1 cup good quality granola

Steps:

  • Layer 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt into the bottom each of 4 tall glasses. Combine defrosted strawberries and juice with fresh berries. Alternate layers of fruit and granola with yogurt until glasses are filled to the top. Serve parfaits immediately to keep granola crunchy.

1/2 cup mixed berry yogurt
3/4 cup reduced-fat whipped topping
1 cup sliced ripe banana
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 cup cubed fresh pineapple
1 cup fresh blueberries
4 whole strawberries

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine yogurt and whipped topping; set aside 4 teaspoons for topping. Spoon half of the remaining yogurt mixture into four parfait glasses; layer with half of the banana, sliced strawberries, pineapple and blueberries. Repeat layers. , Top each parfait with reserved yogurt mixture and a whole strawberry. Chill until serving.

One of my favorite lunches. I think Dannon's Le Creme yogurt is the closest to the yogurt in McDonald's fruit and yogurt parfait.

6 ounces vanilla yogurt
4 -6 strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup pecans, chopped

Steps:

  • Layer 2 oz. yogurt, 2-3 sliced strawberries, 1/8 cup blueberries and 1/8 cup chopped pecans in parfait glass.
  • Repeat layers. Top with remaining yogurt.
  • Garnish with a few chopped pecans and/or a strawberry if desired.

I based this on a parfait sold in our cafe at work. The yogurt is made rich and creamy by the addition of pudding mix! You can use whatever fruit you like, I like to use blueberries but whatever is in season will work.

32 ounces plain low-fat yogurt (I use Stonyfield Farm to avoid rGBH)
1 (1 1/2 ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix
2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup low-fat granola

Steps:

  • In a bowl, mix yogurt and pudding mix with a wisk untill combined and there are no lumps.
  • Chill for a couple hours or overnight.
  • In each of 4 parfait glasses, layer a half cup of yogurt followed by a quarter cup of blueberries. Repeat layers. Top each glass with a quarter cup of granola.
  • Enjoy!
  • Note - you may use any fruit or a mixture of fruits. You could use any flavor pudding mix you like to flavor your yogurt. I have also used lemon.
