2 cups uncooked bow tie pasta
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup halved green grapes
1/2 cup ranch salad dressing

Steps:

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the chicken, oranges and grapes. Drain and rinse pasta with cold water; add to chicken mixture. Drizzle with dressing; toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.Easy Asian Noodles: Substitute 8 ounces uncooked thin spaghetti for bow tie pasta, adding a 10-ounce package of julienned carrots and 1/2 pound sugar snap peas during last minute of cooking. Drain; add chicken, oranges and 1/2 cup stir-fry sauce.

2 boneless/skinless ckicken breasts---poached in white wine
1 lb. cavetelli pasta/ cooked al dente
1 lg. can chunk pineapple, drained
1 lg. can mandarin oranges, drained
1 1/2 cups green seedless grapes, cut in half
1 tblsp. minced fresh basil
salt and pepper and hungarian peprika
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup dijon mustard

Steps:

  • poach chicken in white wine till no longer pink. Chicken should be coked---but not tough Cool and shred. Set aside cook pasta in salted water till al dente, drain. Set aside Pat fruit dry with paper towels. Mix all indredients together except mayo and mustard, making sure to season. Add mayo and mustard. Top with fresh basil leafs in the shape of a clover---green grapes in the middle. Sprinkle with spicy paprika. Chill at least 4 hours.

1-1/2 cups uncooked spiral pasta
1 can (8 ounces) unsweetened pineapple chunks
1 cup fat-free peach yogurt
2 tablespoons fat-free sour cream
1-1/2 cups cubed cantaloupe
1 cup halved seedless grapes
1-1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries

Steps:

  • Cook pasta according to package directions; rinse in cold water and drain. Cool completely. Meanwhile, drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons juice (discard remaining juice or save for another use); set pineapple aside. , In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, sour cream and reserved pineapple juice until smooth; cover and refrigerate. , In a large bowl, combine pasta, pineapple, cantaloupe and grapes. Just before serving, stir in strawberries. Drizzle with yogurt mixture; toss to coat.

3 packages (7 ounces each) shell macaroni (6 cups)
1 1/2 cups plain fat-free yogurt
1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
3 packages (3 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
16 medium green onions, sliced (1 cup)
3 cans (15 1/4 ounces each) pineapple chunks, drained
3 cans (15 ounces each) mandarin orange segments, drained

Steps:

  • Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain.
  • Mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, salt, pepper and garlic in large bowl.
  • Add macaroni and remaining ingredients; toss.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours to blend flavors.
