CRANBERRY RASPBERRY NON-ALCOHOLIC FRUIT PUNCH

Cranberry Raspberry Non-Alcoholic Fruit Punch image

This is a very simple, quick recipe that I put together with what I happened to have available. The result is quite tasty! The splenda is partly for offsetting the tartness from the citrus fruit wedges in the drink- if you don't use citrus fruits in the punch, taste test it before adding any sweetener. Cook time is chill time.

FRUIT PUNCH-NON ALCOHOLIC

Fruit Punch-Non Alcoholic image

Posted for a request. This is really a refreshing non alcoholic punch. Passionfruit syrup might be difficult to get outside Australia, so maybe a lemon syrup would be good instead.

Time 5m

Yield 10 litres, 40 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 liters orange juice
2 liters pineapple juice
2 liters apricot nectar
180 ml passion fruit pulp
375 ml lemons, cordial
375 ml lime cordial
2 liters soda water
2 liters ginger ale
ice, for alcoholic option try adding bottle champagne

Steps:

  • Pour all ingredients into large punch bowl. Punch can be made earlier than required but Soda Water and Ginger Ale to be added just before serving.Enjoy!
  • The recipe requires lemon cordial, not lemons, but for some reason it won't let me put 'lemon cordial' in the ingredients.
