EASY FRUIT PIZZA
Fruit Pizza is the perfect summer treat. This dessert can easily be made ahead of time for a sweet ending to any meal!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 12" pizza pan with parchment paper.
- Press the sugar cookie dough into the bottom of the pan. Bake 14-17 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely.
- Combine cream cheese, sugar, lemon zest and vanilla in a small bowl. Beat with a hand mixer on medium until light and fluffy. Spread over cooled crust.
- Arrange berries over the cream cheese layer in desired design.
- Heat jelly in the microwave for 20-30 seconds or until slightly. Brush over the fruit if desired.
- Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.

- In a bowl, combine flour and confectioners' sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in pecans. Press into an ungreased 12-in. pizza pan. Bake at 350° for 12-14 minutes or until crust is set and edges are lightly browned. , Meanwhile, in a bowl, beat cream cheese, egg and sugar until smooth. Spread over crust. Bake 8-10 minutes longer or until set. Cool to room temperature., For topping, process mixed berries and sugar in a blender or food processor until blended. In a saucepan, combine cornstarch and water until smooth. Add mixed berry mixture. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Set mixture aside to cool, stirring frequently., Spread berry mixture over the cream cheese layer. Arrange fresh fruit on top. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing.

- Pat cookie dough into an ungreased 14-in. pizza pan. Bake at 350° for 15-18 minutes or until deep golden brown; cool. , In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. - In a small bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and extracts. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture and beat well.
