8 oz cream cheese
12 oz cool whip
10 oz frozen or fresh strawberries (thawed and w/ juice)
3 bananas
1 c sugar
1 c drained crushed pineapple

Steps:

  • Mix sugar and cream cheese. Add cool whip and mix together. Add pineapple, strawberries and bananas.....FREEZE. Take out 10-15 min before serving.

3 cups strawberries, sliced
2 bananas, sliced
1/4 cup orange juice
1 (8 ounce) pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 cup coconut

Steps:

  • Slice bananas and pour orange juice over slices. This keeps the bananas fresh and prevents browning. Pour off any excess orange juice.
  • Mix bananas, strawberries, pineapple tidbits and coconut.
  • When ready to serve spoon into compote dishes.
  • Enjoy!

1 (6 ounce) package strawberry gelatin
1 cup boiling water
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen sweetened strawberries, sliced, partially thawed
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 cup mashed firm banana (about 3 medium)
2 cups sour cream
1/2-3/4 cup chopped pecans
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in water. Stir in strawberries, pineapple, bananas and nuts.
  • Pour half of the mixture into a 13" x 9" x 2" dish. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
  • Set the remaining gelatin mixture aside.
  • Combine the sour cream, sugar and vanilla; mix well. Spread over the chilled gelatin. Spoon remaining gelatin mixture over top.
  • Chill overnight.

Steps:

  • Add strawberries to a bowl and add sugar. Stir slightly.
