Number Of Ingredients 6

2 cups KeeblerĀ® golden vanilla wafers, finely crushed (about 50 cookies)
1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted
2 cups frozen red raspberries
1 cup half-and-half
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream

Steps:

  • 1. In small bowl toss together wafers and margarine or butter. Press half of mixture on bottom of 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan. Sprinkle with raspberries.2. In medium bowl whisk together half-and-half and sugar until sugar dissolves. Gradually whisk in sour cream. Pour over berries. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Cover and freeze at least 3 hours or until firm.3. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before cutting into squares.

2 cups finely crushed reduced-fat vanilla wafers (about 65 wafers)
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 cups frozen unsweetened raspberries
3/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup fat-free half-and-half

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine the wafer crumbs and butter. Press half of the crumb mixture into an 8-in. square dish coated with cooking spray. Set remaining crumb mixture aside. Sprinkle berries over crust., In a bowl, combine sour cream and sugar; gradually stir in half-and-half until smooth. Pour over berries. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Cover and freeze for 3 hours or until firm. Let stand at room temperature for 15-20 minutes before cutting.
