FROZEN YORK PEPPERMINT PATTY PIE
Yum! This no-bake pie tastes just like everyone's favorite chocolate mint cookie (you know the one...). You can't go wrong serving this cool and refreshing pie.

Steps:
- 1. In mixing bowl, whip cream cheese until fluffy.
- 2. Slowly add coffee creamer.
- 3. Fold in Cool Whip, until all is well blended.
- 4. Grate 2 oz of chocolate, stirring 1 oz into pie (more if you want).
- 5. Pour mixture into pie crust. Sprinkle rest of chocolate shavings on top.
- 6. Cover and freeze until time to serve.

This easy pie has it all-creamy frozen yogurt, crushed peppermint candies and chopped chocolate sandwich cookies-in a chocolate cookie crumb crust.

Steps:
- Reserve 8 mints and 4 cookies for garnish; set aside. Crush remaining mints and coarsely chop remaining cookies.
- Place chopped mints in large bowl. Add yogurt; mix well. Gently stir in chopped cookies; spread into crust.
- Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Let stand 10 min. before serving. Cut reserved cookies in half. Top each serving with 2 Tbsp. COOL WHIP, 1 cookie half and 1 mint just before serving.

Fold in whipped topping. Spread in crust.3. Freeze at least 4 hours or until firm.4. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before cutting. Garnish as desired. Store in refrigerator.*NOTE: Soften cream cheese in microwave at high for 15 to 20 seconds.
