BOOZY MINTED MELON BALLS
Melon balls were the quintessential summer party food when I was growing up, but it wasn't until I was out of college that I had my first melon ball "salad." My current favorite is this recipe that has a mojito-like splash over the melon. Dreamy!

I do not eat melon of any kind but my family loves them and they like them cold. When I saw this on recipes.sparkpeople.com,I knew I must make these for them. I also like to serve fruit for parties and I'm sure this will be a great addition.
