1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup chocolate-hazelnut spread

Steps:

  • Put the banana pieces in the freezer until frozen.
  • Put the frozen bananas in a blender and puree. Add the yogurt and peanut butter, then puree until smooth. Transfer the contents to a bowl and fold in the chocolate-hazelnut spread until halfway incorporated. Return the contents to the freezer and freeze until ready to scoop. Serve cold.

  • Blend yogurt and bananas together in a blender until smooth. Add peanut butter and blend until smooth.

  • In medium saucepan over medium heat, stir together cocoa and sugar.
  • Stir in evaporated milk.
  • Stir constantly until sugar is dissolved.
  • Remove from heat and stir in corn syrup.

4 overripe bananas - the blacker the better - about 375 after peeling
500g pot full-fat Greek yogurt
175g condensed milk
big handful banana chips

Steps:

  • Whizz the flesh from the bananas, yogurt and condensed milk together in a food processor or blender until smooth. Scrape into an ice cream container or loaf tin, or divide between individual pots.
  • Crush up the banana chips, if using, by tipping them into a food bag and bashing with the end of a rolling pin - like you would biscuits for a cheesecake base. Swirl through the frozen yogurt mix, then cover the container or containers well with cling film and freeze overnight until solid. Will keep for 3 months in the freezer.

  • Slice bananas and drop in blender jar of food processor bowl. If using frozen banana, partially thaw, snip off end of skin, and squeeze directly into food processor.

10 1/2 honey grahams, broken into quarters (42 rectangles)
1/2 c sliced fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2 c chopped bananas
1/4 c blueberries
1 c vanilla nonfat greek-style yogurt
1 c thawed frozen reduced-fat whipped topping

Steps:

  • 1. Line a 9-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Arrange half the graham pieces, in 3 rows of 7 pieces each, on bottom of pan.
  • 2. Pulse fruits in blender or food processor just until blended--some chunks should remain.
  • 3. Spoon fruit into medium bowl; stir in yogurt and whipped topping. Spread over graham pieces in pan; top with remaining graham pieces, aligning over graham pieces on bottom layer, so they form squares.
  • 4. Freeze for 4 hours. Use foil "handles" to lift dessert from pan; cut between grahams into 21 bars. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

3-ounce piece freshly peeled coconut, shaved with vegetable peeler (about 1/2 cup) (see opening a fresh coconut )
1 1/2 cups diced strawberries
1/2 mango, peeled, diced
1/4 cup sugar
6 bananas, peeled, cut lengthwise in half
1 quart vanilla frozen yogurt
mint sprigs, for garnish

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place coconut shavings on prepared baking sheet. Transfer to the heated oven and bake until crisply toasted and pale golden brown, about 8 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, combine strawberries, mango, and sugar in a medium bowl. Let stand 5 minutes.
  • Place 1 split banana in each of 6 dishes. Divide frozen yogurt in each of six dishes. Spoon over strawberry mango mixture and juices. Sprinkle with toasted coconut curls. Garnish with mint and serve immediately.

3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1 box (4-serving size) white chocolate or vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
3 containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Original yogurt French vanilla
1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cups Cool Whip frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 medium firm bananas, chopped
3 tablespoons caramel topping

Steps:

  • Spray 8-inch square pan with cooking spray or line with nonstick foil. In small bowl, mix crumbs, sugar and melted butter until crumbly. Press in bottom of pan. Freeze 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, in medium bowl, beat pudding mix, yogurt and milk with electric mixer on low speed about 1 minute until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Stir in bananas. Spread mixture evenly over crust. Cover and freeze at least 3 hours or until firm.
  • Remove from freezer and let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving. For squares, cut into 3 rows by 3 rows. Top each square with about 1 teaspoon caramel topping. Store covered in freezer.
