Frozen yogurt pops couldn't get any easier! Craft sticks (flat wooden sticks with round ends) can be substituted for the Trix Frozen Ring Sticks.

4 containers (4 oz each) Yoplait® Trix™ yogurt (any flavor)

Steps:

  • Remove yogurt containers from package; do not remove foil lids.
  • Firmly insert Trix® frozen ring stick through center of foil lid into each container of yogurt.
  • Place upright in freezer 3 to 4 hours or overnight. Run lukewarm water over outside of yogurt container 20 to 30 seconds (DO NOT MICROWAVE). Remove foil lid. Gently twist and pull stick to remove pop. To reuse sticks, hand wash only; do not put in dishwasher.

4 containers (4 oz each) Yoplait® Trix™ strawberry banana bash yogurt (or any other flavor)
6 tablespoons Trix™ cereal

Steps:

  • Remove foil lids from yogurt containers; discard lids. Remove half of yogurt from each container. Sprinkle cereal in each container. Spoon yogurt back on top of cereal; containers will be full.
  • Cover containers with foil; insert Trix® frozen ring stick* through center of foil into each container of yogurt.

2-1/4 cups raspberry yogurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 medium ripe bananas, cut into chunks
12 freezer pop molds or 12 paper cups (3 ounces each) and wooden pop sticks

Steps:

  • Place yogurt, lemon juice and bananas in a blender; cover and process until smooth, stopping to stir if necessary. , Pour mixture into molds or paper cups. Top molds with holders. If using cups, top with foil and insert sticks through foil. Freeze until firm.

These homemade frozen yogurt popsicles are amazing! Turn healthy yogurt into a healthy frozen treat! Making frozen yogurt popsicles is super easy!

8 oz flavored yogurt
chopped fruits or berries (optional)

Steps:

  • Mix yogurt with berries or chopped fruits (if using).
  • Spoon the yogurt into popsicle molds.
  • Put the popsicle molds in the freezer and freeze until solid (at least 3 hours, I usually freeze them ovenight).
  • To separate the popsicle from the mold, put it for a few seconds until warm running water.
