PEANUT BUTTER & FRITOS NO-BAKE COOKIES
You can't eat just one. A lady makes them for everyone and passes them out in tins for the holidays. What a great treat!

Steps:
- 1. Spread Fritos on a 15x10 greased baking pan.
- 2. In a saucepan over medium heat, bring corn syrup and sugar to a boil, stirring frequently to help dissove the sugar. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter until smooth. Pour over Fritos.
- 3. Cool, break or tear into pieces.
FRITOS COOKIES
These are tasty, simple to make and quick. Sort of like a "brittle" but better. Kids love them. I was on a game site and got to chatting. One of the players gave us this recipe.

Steps:
- Pour the bag of Fritos (whole, not crushed) on parchment paper. I use a cookie sheet.
- Cook the sugar and Karo till boiling (stirring on medium heat) for a minute or so.
- Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter.
- Drizzle over the Fritos. Cool completely then break into bite sized pieces.
