3 cups white chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup Skor pieces
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Splash of milk

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
  • Microwave for 3 minutes, 30 seconds at a time (stirring in between each zap).
  • Mix until smooth and add the Skor bits.
  • Pour in an 8x8 dish that's lined with parchment paper and stick in the freezer until set.

1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup hard butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
10 1/2 ounces milk chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla
200 g skor toffee pieces

Steps:

  • Combine marshmallows, sugar, milk, butter and salt in saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil stirring often.
  • Boil uncovered for 5 minutes stirring continually.
  • Remove from heat and add chocolate chips and vanilla.
  • Stir until smooth.
  • Add toffee bits and stir.
  • Pour into foil lined and greased 8 x 8 inch pan.
  • Chill until firm.
  • Cut into small squares.

2 teaspoons canola oil

Steps:

  • Cut each potato lengthwise in half; cut each piece into 4 wedges. In a large shallow dish, combine the butter, oil and seasoned salt. Add potatoes; turn to coat. , Place potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 450° until tender, turning once, 20-25 minutes. If desired, sprinkle with parsley.

2 cups white sugar
0.666666666667 cups evaporated milk
0.5 cups butter
12 units marshmallows
1 teaspoons vanilla
1 packages milk chocolate chips
1 packages skor bits

Steps:

  • 1. Melt sugar, milk, butter or margarine and marshmallows over medium heat stirring constantly. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • 2. Add vanilla, milk chocolate chips and Skor bits. Stir until chocolate melts. Pour into a 9 x 9-inch greased pan. Let harden in fridge or freezer for at least 4 hours (I usually let it sit overnight). Serve.

¾ cup margarine
⅔ cup evaporated milk
1 (12 ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips
1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Grease a 9x13-inch pan.
  • Mix sugar, margarine, and evaporated milk in a large, heavy saucepan over medium heat, stirring to dissolve sugar. Bring mixture to a full boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

4 cups miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk (NOT sweetened condensed)
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup hard margarine
1/4 teaspoon salt
10 1/2 ounces milk chocolate chips or 10 1/2 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla
8 ounces toffee pieces (such as Chipits Skor Toffee Bits)

Steps:

  • Line 9 x 9 inch pan with foil, leaving 1 inch overhang on two sides. Grease foil with cooking spray. Set aside. Combine first 5 ingredients in large saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil, stirring often. Boil, uncovered, for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
  • Add chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
  • Add toffee bits. Stir well. Immediately pour into prepared pan. Smooth top. Let stand until cool. Holding foil, remove fudge from pan. Discard foil. Cuts into 64 pieces.
  • NOTE: * Omit toffee bits. Use 4 crushed Skor or Heath chocolate bars. For best results, put unwrapped bars in a resealable freezer bag and freeze for 15 minutes. Seal bag. Hit with a met mallet or hammer until bars are in small pieces.

1 cup (250 mL) butter, cubed
6 ozs (175 g) unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped
2 cups (500 mL) granulated sugar
4 eggs, beaten
2 tsp (10 mL) vanilla
1 1/4 cups (300 mL) all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
1 pkg (225 g) Skor toffee bits
1 cup (250 mL) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line the bottom and sides of a 13 x 9-inch (3-L) baking pan with a large sheet of heavy duty foil with edges overhanging the sides of pan. 2. Combine butter and chocolate in a saucepan. Place over medium heat and stir until melted and smooth. Remove from heat; stir in sugar, then eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour and salt to make a smooth batter. 3. Spread evenly in pan. Bake on middle rack in oven for 18 minutes or until top is almost set. Sprinkle Skor toffee bits over top and return pan to oven. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes more or until a toothpick inserted in centre comes out with a few moist crumbs clinging to it. Place pan on a rack; sprinkle with chocolate chips. Let stand for 5 minutes or until chocolate is melted. Spread evenly. Let cool until chocolate is set. Lift brownies out of pan. Carefully remove foil and cut into bars using a sharp knife.
