One 28-ounce bag frozen shoestring fries
1/4 cup pepperoni slices
1/2 cup cooked ground sausage
1/2 cup pizza sauce, plus more for dipping
1/4 cup chopped banana peppers
2 cups grated mozzarella (from a block, not the pre-shredded kind)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan

Steps:

  • Put a medium cast-iron skillet in the oven and preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Bake the fries in the heated cast-iron skillet, mixing them a few times during the cooking process, until they are crisp, about 20 minutes.
  • Remove the skillet from the oven and top the fries with the pepperoni, sausage, sauce, peppers, mozzarella and Parmesan. You can also do layers of fries and toppings to make a pile of pizza fries. Return the skillet to the oven for 5 to 10 minutes to melt the cheese. Serve immediately with a side of pizza sauce for dipping.

1 (15 ounce) package double crust ready-to-use pie crusts (such as Pillsbury®)
½ cup marinara sauce
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (8 ounce) package sliced pepperoni
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 pinch dried oregano, or to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Roll pie crusts onto a work surface. Spread marinara onto 1 crust and top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
  • Brush the second pie crust with olive oil and sprinkle oregano over the oil. Lay crust, oil-side up, on top of the pepperoni layer. Cut pizza into 1x3-inch strips. Place strips on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until crust is lightly browned and cheese is melted, about 30 minutes.

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups plain breadcrumbs
1 cup flour
5 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375˚F (190˚C).
  • Slice chicken breast in half, and cut into thin strips about the thickness of a french fry.
  • Season bread crumbs with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried basil, dried oregano, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Dredge chicken strips in the flour first, then cover in egg, and coat with bread crumbs.
  • Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.

1 (5-ounce) raw boneless, skinless lean chicken breast cutlet, pounded to 1/2-inch thickness
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, plus more for seasoning tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon onion powder, plus more for seasoning tomatoes
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons diced onion
1 stick light string cheese
1/4 cup canned crushed tomatoes
4 slices turkey pepperoni, chopped
1 teaspoon reduced-fat Parmesan-style grated topping
Crushed red pepper, for serving, optional
Fresh oregano leaves, for serving, optional

Steps:

  • Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, 1/8 teaspoon salt, and black pepper. Set aside.
  • Bring 2 skillets sprayed with nonstick spray to medium heat on the stove. In one skillet, cook bell pepper, mushrooms, and onion until softened, 4 to 6 minutes.

4 Tbsp pizza seasoning,divided
1 c pizza sauce
1 c honey mustard
10 deli fried chicken strips,sliced
3 banana peppers,chopped
1 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 c crumbled processed american cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • 2. Add crinkle cut fries on the baking sheet.Season with 2 tablespoons pizza seasoning.

1 large vidalia sweet onion,peeled and sliced
2 tsp red pepper flakes
8 applewood bacon strips
1 c pizza sauce
1 c honey mustard
1 (10 ounce) container refrigerated pizza crust
12 deli fried chicken strips,sliced
1 c crumbled processed american cheese
2 banana peppers,sliced
1 Tbsp garlic powder
2 c shredded colby jack cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.Add sliced vidalia onion,saute for 5 minutes.Reduce heat for medium-low,and continue cooking and stirring until the onion is very tender for 5 more minutes.Stir in red pepper flakes.
  • 2. Place the bacon strips in a large,deep skillet and cook over medium-high heat,turning occasionally,until evenly browned,about 10 minutes.Drain the bacon strips on a paper towel-lined plate;crumble when it cool.
