6 mini graham cracker pie crusts
3/4 cup strawberry glaze
3/4 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Steps:

  • Place strawberries in pie crusts. Slowly pour 2 Tbsp. of the glaze evenly over strawberries in each shell.
  • Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
  • Top with whipped topping just before serving. Store leftover tarts in refrigerator.

3 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
2-1/4 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided
2 pkg. (4 oz. each) mini graham cracker pie crusts (12 shells)
1/2 cup sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1-1/2 cups water
1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
6 cups strawberries, quartered

Steps:

  • Microwave chocolate and 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 min. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 45 sec. Spoon evenly into shells, adding about 1-1/2 tsp. to each; spread to evenly coat bottoms and sides of shells. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Mix sugar and cornstarch in medium saucepan; gradually stir in water until blended. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly; cook and stir 1 min. Remove from heat. Add dry gelatin mix; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Pour over strawberries in large bowl; stir to evenly coat strawberries. Spoon into prepared shells.
  • Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Serve topped with remaining COOL WHIP.

1 package Keebler® Ready Crust® graham cracker pie crust tarts
1 pint fresh strawberries, stemmed
1 cup strawberry glaze

Steps:

  • 1. Spread whipped topping on bottom and sides of crusts. Arrange strawberries, points up, over topping. Spoon glaze over berries.2. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until set. Garnish as desired. Store in refrigerator.HINT: Best served same day as made.
