1 cup sugar
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup lime juice, plus rind from 1 lime
6 to 8 drops green food coloring
4 cups ice
1 liter club soda or seltzer
4 lime slices, for garnish

Steps:

  • In a small pot on medium heat dissolve sugar in water. Raise the heat, add the lime rind and bring to a boil. Lower the heat to a simmer and cook until slightly reduced. Remove from heat and discard the lime rinds. Stir in the food coloring and cool.
  • Fill 4 glasses with ice and distribute the lime syrup and lime juice, to taste, into each glass. Top with seltzer and stir. Garnish with lime slices.

¾ cup brandy
2 cups lemon-lime soda

Steps:

  • Mix wine, apple, strawberries, raspberries, cherries, blueberries, blackberries, and brandy together in a pitcher; refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Stir lemon-lime soda into wine mixture.

1/3 cup powdered sugar (Splenda can be used)
3 cups club soda
crushed ice
mint leaf, for garnish (optional)

Steps:

  • Mix lime juice and sugar together till the sugar dissolves.
  • Add the club soda and stir lightly just to mix.
  • Place crushed ice in 4 glasses and pour the soda over it.
  • Garnish with mint leaves and serve at once.

1/2 cup berries, fresh
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons lime juice, fresh
1/4 cup water
crushed ice cube
club soda, chilled
lime slice, fresh

Steps:

  • Place berries, sugar & lime juice in a small sauce pan & cook over medium heat until the sugar melts and berries are soft, about 5 minutes.
  • Process in a blender o food processor and then pass over a very fine.mesh strainer. add 1/4 cup water to the seeds and strain more to get all the juices. Retur all the juice to the pan and bring to boil once more.
  • Divide into 2 glasses, add ice and, club soda to taste, garnish with lime slices & serve.
