Steps:
- Cook green beans in boiling, salted water until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
- In the meantime, combine the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl and stir to combine.
- Drain the green beans, then add to the bowl and toss with the mustard sauce to coat. Serve immediately.

GREEN BEANS WITH MAGIC SAUCE
Steps:
- Add olive oil to a large saucepan over medium heat. Add green beans and saute, until just tender, about 3 minutes. Season lightly with salt to taste and remove from heat.
- Add soy sauce, tahini, honey, sesame oil, red pepper and garlic to a small bowl and mix until thoroughly combined. Drizzle mixture over beans and lightly toss to combine. Plate and serve.

- 1. Steam beans in a steamer basket, covered, above boiling water until crisp-tender. This will take 5-9 minutes. Remove beans and spread out on a baking sheet while preparing the Heaven Sauce,
- 2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook, stirring for about 2 minutes. Add the sesame seeds and saute, stirring, until the seeds are golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- 3. In a bowl whisk together the soy sauce, mayonnaise, sambal, sweet chili sauce, black pepper and allspice (if using) Add this mixture to the skillet and combine.
- 4. Add the beans to the skillet and toss to coat. Serve.
