- Mix soup, milk, and pepper in a 1 1/2 -qt. baking dish. Stir in beans and 2/3 cup Crispy Fried Onions.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 min. or until hot. Stir.
- Top with remaining 2/3 cup onions. Bake 5 min. until onions are golden.

FRENCH STYLE GREEN BEAN PATTIES
Steps:
- Drain green beans and empty into a large mixing bowl. Beat eggs slightly and add the eggs into the bean mixture and stir with whisk. Add the parmesan cheese and stir.
- In a small bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt and pepper and mix well. Then add to bean mixture. Stir well.
- In a large skillet or frying pan pour about 1 or 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil into pan. When oil is hot add about 1 tablespoon of green bean mixture into pan and flatten into patties with back of spoon. When slightly golden around edges, flip over and cook other side about 2 or 3 minutes each side. Remove patties with spatula and place patties onto a plate and sprinkle them with extra parmesan cheese and serve warm.

FRENCH STRING BEANS
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- Blanch the string beans in a large pot of boiling salted water for just 4 minutes. Drain immediately and immerse in a large bowl of ice water to stop the cooking. When they are cool, drain and set aside.
- Meanwhile, in a large bowl toss the onion and bell peppers together with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and sprinkle generously with salt and pepper. Place in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for about 15 minutes, tossing with a spatula from time to time to be sure the vegetables roast evenly.
- Just before serving, reheat the string beans in a large saute pan drizzled with a little olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and arrange on a platter. Spoon the roasted vegetables over the string beans and serve hot or at room temperature.
FRENCH'S GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE (EASY CAMPBELL'S RECIPE)
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the green beans and mushroom soup. Microwave on high power for 3 to 5 minutes, or until warm. Stir in 1/2 cup of the cheese and microwave for another 2 to 3 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture into a casserole and cover with French fried onions and remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.
- Bake the casserole for 5 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the onions start to brown. Serve and enjoy!

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Combine milk, flour, and butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until mixture reaches a low boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and let thicken, about 3 minutes.
- Add Cheddar cheese and mix until melted. Stir in green beans until it's all mixed together. Spread into a casserole dish and crush saltines over top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.

- In a medium saucepan, heat margarine and water over medium heat until margarine melts, swirling to coat bottom.
- Add beans and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, separating them with a fork. Reduce heat to low and cook, covered, for 5 to 6 minutes, or until beans are crisp-tender.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly.
