Cook just until a few minutes just to make them slightly crispy or with grill marks. This step is optional. 3.Let the hot dogs cool just so you can slice them up into about 1 inch pieces.4.Toss the cut hot dogs into the casserole dish along with the two cans beans and the spices. Gently mix in all the ingredients. Try not to break up the beans. 5.Bake on a foil lined cookie sheet for about 20 to 30 minutes or until casserole is bubbling. Take out of the oven and let sit on cooling rack for about 5 minutes. Now, serve up! Enjoy!
