FLUFFY PINK FRUIT SALAD
Steps:
- Drain cherries, reserving 1/3 cup juice (save remaining juice for another use). Cut cherries in half; set aside. , In a bowl, beat cream cheese and reserved cherry juice until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Fold in cherries, pineapple, fruit cocktail, peaches, bananas and marshmallows. Transfer to a serving bowl. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

- Drain pineapple, reserving 1 cup juice in a small saucepan. Set pineapple aside. In a large saucepan, add sugar, flour, eggs, orange juice, lemon juice and oil. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute; remove from the heat and let cool. , In a large salad bowl, combine the pineapple, fruit cocktail, oranges and bananas. Fold in whipped cream and cooled sauce. Chill for several hours.

This is a cool refreshing dessert! I am not sure how many this serves, but It is a nice large serving bowl.

Steps:
- Drain the juice from the pineapple into a bowl, set the pineapple aside.
- Add the pudding to the pineapple juice mix until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in sour cream and cool whip; mix well.
- Add pineapple, oranges, cherries and marshmallows and Coconut.
- Mix well sprinkle black walnuts on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Just before serving, fresh sliced bananas may be added.
