A great twist on the sandwich. This is also an easy to assemble & quick treat to bring to an office gathering, babyshower, or to prepare for brunch. Ham, pepperoni, Parmesan cheese and cheddar wrapped up in a flaky pastry crust and sliced! Yum!

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 package refrigerated pie crust, containing 2 pie crusts (I use Pillsbury)
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
3/4 lb deli ham (thin sliced)
1/4 lb thinly sliced pepperoni
4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450° F and spray a cookie sheet with no stick cooking oil.
  • Spread out each crust and press out fold lines.
  • Top each crust with parmesan cheese, then follow with ham, and pepperoni.
  • Next top with cheddar cheese to within 1 inch of edge.
  • Roll each crust up, so it resembles a log and place on cookie sheet seam side down.
  • Bake for 12-17 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Cut into slices and serve warm.
  • Feel free to add more cheese or change meats to your taste.

This recipe came from the Grand Rapids Press. We have a recipe section once a week and they always highlight a particular person w/a posted recipe. This is a hit w/my kids. Similar to a wrap only baked. Kinda like pizza too. Feel free to add/delete as needed as you can't mess it up.

1 (15 ounce) package refrigerated pie crusts
1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Cheese
3/4 lb cooked ham, very thinly sliced
1/4 lb pepperoni, thinly sliced
1 cup cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Remove crusts from pouches: unfold crusts. Press out fold lines.
  • Sprinkle each crust with parmesan cheese.
  • Top each crust with ham, pepperoni and cheddar cheese to within 1 inch of edges.
  • Loosely roll up each crust.
  • Place rolls seam side down on ungreased cookie sheet. Fold ends under.
  • Bake at 450 degrees for 12-17 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes.
  • Cut each roll into 16 slices.

3/4 lb very thinly sliced cooked ham
1/4 lb thinly sliced pepperoni
4 oz (1 cup) shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Remove crusts from pouches; unfold crusts. Press out fold lines. Sprinkle each crust with parmesan cheese. Top each crust with ham, pepperoni, and cheddar cheese to within 1 inch of edges. Loosely roll up each crust.
