FISH TIP, TARTAR SAUCE, GARLIC JAPANESE MAYO ,SOY SAUCE, WASABI
One night, while I made some grilled talipa white fish, my roommate and I started to create this sauce. As he started to make it, I began adding things to it...and finally him and I came up with prety good sauce.

WASABI TARTAR SAUCE
I got this little recipe from the comments section of Recipe #63831 (amazing salmon cakes!). Chef Mrs Rev suggests it and it's FANTASTIC! Thanks so much! Note: I use low-fat mayo and it's perfect.

TUNA CAKES
The quickest fish cake you will ever make! These come together very easily and can be dressed up with chipotle mayo, tartar sauce, Russian dressing, Tapatio, or just a bit of mayo and lemon. If you want to be sure your patties do not fall apart, try shaping the patties as directed and then letting them sit in the refrigerator for an hour. (I did not find this necessary). This recipe is adapted from the Kraft website.

FABULOUS, NEARLY FAT-FREE TARTAR SAUCE
This sauce, by way of Jane Brody, is so rich you won't believe how little fat it has. Don't use fatfree mayo--it really alters the taste and texture. And don't be tempted to substitute gherkins--the cornichons give the sauce just the right bite. You can chop everything in a mini-processor--almost all time required is the hour the sauce has to sit.
