This sugar free condensed milk is a low carb and keto take on sweetened condensed milk! Made with just 3 ingredients, this takes less than 10 minutes to make!

2 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup granulated sweetener of choice (* See notes)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Steps:

  • Add all your ingredients into a small saucepan.
  • On medium heat, bring the mixture to a boil. Stir regularly, until it begins to simmer. Once it begins to simmer, reduce the heat to very low. Let the condensed milk simmer for around 45 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat and allow it to cool down completely. Once cool, transfer to a glass jar or container and refrigerate.

This is a recipe I found by a cook named Jo Jo Ba. I've used it many times and it works perfectly! I could just drink this like a thick shake! Its so good!

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 tsp cornstarch
1 Tbsp cold water
1 1/4 c dry non-fat milk powder
1/2 c water
8 pkg splenda
1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Steps:

  • 1. Combine cornstarch and cold water in a small dish to make a slurry. Set aside.
  • 2. In a microwaveable container, stir together milk powder & 1/2 cup of water.
  • 3. Cover and microwave 45 seconds or until hot but not boiling.
  • 4. Now stir in cornstarch slurry and microwave 10-15 seconds longer, until thick.
  • 5. Stir in Splenda and vanilla thoroughly.
  • 6. Chill minimum 2 hours before using.
  • 7. Makes about 12 fl. oz. Good for recipes!
