MATZAH APPLE (FARFEL) PUDDING
Steps:
- Pour cold water over farfel (in colander) and drain immediately. Mix with lightly beaten eggs, sugar, cinnamon, raisins, apples and oil. Put into oiled 8" pan. Bake 375 - 35 to 40 min. Should be browned on top. Can be doubled and put into 2 qt casserole dish.
FARFEL PUDDING
Steps:
- Cover the farfel with cold water. Drain immediately so the farfel is moist, not soggy. Add eggs, salt, sugar, and chicken fat. Slice apples or bananas and add nuts. Place in a greased baking dish and bake at 375 degrees for about 1/2 hr. or until brown.
