I was looking for something for dinner and this caught my eye and so we had to try it. This is tender and very yummy. Make and excellent dish for a church brunch or pot luck. I got this recipe from The Best of Country Cooking 2002 Taste of Home.

PINEAPPLE HAM BALLS
Cooking has been a big part of my life...I come from a family of eight, and my husband and I have five children, all grown now. I've made my ham balls for years. They're a great use for leftovers, especially if you're in a hurry. Bob and I farmed for 30 years before our son took over. My farmer still owns two tractors...along with a lawn-cutting and acreage-tilling business!

~ MY GLAZED HAM LOAF W/ PINEAPPLE ~
There's never been a ham loaf recipe I didn't like. Whether it be my moms, grams, aunts or friends. We love our ham loaves & is a PA staple. I concocted this one today. It turned out so tender and juicy. I usually don't add pineapple to the top, but thought I'd try it for a change. The addition on the loaf, plus the juice in...

EVELYN'S HAM-PINEAPPLE LOAF
My Grandma Robinson's best friend gave her this recipe. I was skeptical as a kid, but found I could not get enough of it. It was actually a family favorite. It is great as a leftover-even on a sandwich. The photo shows it granished with pineapple rings, so pretty!
