My family loves this with pork roast. This dish goes well with chicken or pork.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
- Stir bread crumbs, pineapple, sugar, margarine, and eggs together in a bowl. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven until hot and bubbling, about 30 minutes.

- Cream sugar, butter and eggs till foamy.
- Fold in bread cubes.
- Add pineapple with juice and stir in easy.
- Place all in a 13 x 9 in pan.

Steps:
- 1. Cream sugar and butter.
- 2. Add eggs, milk, bread cubes and pineapple chunks with juice.
- 3. Toss together.
- 4. Bake one hour at 350 in one large oblong flat pan or two small square pans.
- 5. Can be doubled easily and may be served with ham, or as a dessert.
