- Place ice in a glass.
- Add sweet and sour, vodka and blue curacao to the glass, and top up with 7-Up.
- Garnish with a lemon wedge and serve.

- Mix the sugar and water in a small pot and boil for 3 minutes to make a simple syrup. Let cool. In medium bowl, stir together 1 cup syrup (leftover syrup can be refrigerated indefinitely), the lemon juice and the chopped mint. Pour mixture into ice-cube tray and freeze for one hour. In a blender, blend together frozen cubes, sparkling water, chopped mint and vodka. Pour into chilled glasses. Garnish with mint sprigs and lemon zest.

- Chill four serving glasses in the freezer.
- Combine the lemon juice, sugar, mint, sparkling mineral water, ginger ale and ice in a blender and blend slowly until it's thick.
- Remove the glasses from the freezer and pour 1/4 cup vodka into each glass.
- Top with the frozen lemon mixture.
- Add a straw and garnish with mint and lemon slice.
