Crust
3/4 Cup Melted Butter
2 1/2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
Filling
1 Pkg Vanilla Instant Pudding, 3.4 oz
2 Cups Cold Eggnog
1 Container Cool Whip Topping, 8 oz

Steps:

  • Mix melted butter with graham cracker crumbs. Press into the bottom of a greased 13x9 pan. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix with a hand held mixer, vanilla pudding and eggnog for aprx. 2 minutes. Pudding will start to set and become a thicker consistency.
  • Gently fold in cool whip until combined well.
  • Pour mixture on top of graham cracker crust and put in the refrigerator to set for at least 4 hours.

12 Pirouette cookies or cookies of your choice
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 8 squares)
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
2 cups cold eggnog, divided
1-1/2 cups cold milk
2 packages (3.4 ounces each) instant vanilla pudding mix
2 to 3 teaspoons rum extract
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Whipped topping

Steps:

  • Crush four cookies; set remaining cookies aside for garnish. In a small bowl, combine the crushed cookies, graham cracker crumbs and butter. Divide among eight serving dishes., In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in 1 cup eggnog. Add the milk, pudding mix, extract, nutmeg and remaining eggnog. Beat on low speed for 2 minutes or until thickened. , Spoon about 3/4 cup into each dish. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Garnish with whipped topping and reserved cookies.

CRUST:
18 oz pkg. duncan hines moist deluxe swiss chocolate cake mix
1/2 c butter or margarine, melted
1/2 c chopped pecans
FILLING:
8 oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c granulated sugar
TOPPING:
12 oz container thawed, whipped topping
2 pkg 3 oz. each french vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
2 3/4 c cold milk
1/2 tsp rum extract
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350^. Crust: Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Press mixture onto bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake 15 minutes or until surface is firm. Cool
  • 2. Filling: Combine cream cheese and sugar in large bowl, beat until smooth. Stir in 1 cup of the whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust. Refrigerate.
  • 3. Topping: Combine pudding mix and milk; beat 1 minute. Add rum extract and nutmeg. Spread over cream cheese layer. Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding layer. Sprinkle with a little nutmeg, if desired. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
