STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM CHEESE PINWHEELS
Steps:
- Combine the softened cream cheese, cinnamon and strawberries and stir until blended.
- Lay your tortillas out flat and spread cream cheese mixture on each tortilla and then roll the tortilla up.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours
- When ready to serve, cut into slices about 1-1 1/2" thick.
FRESH STRAWBERRY BREAKFAST TACOS
Steps:
- In a large skillet, heat 1 teaspoon butter over medium-low heat. Add 1 tortilla; cook each side until light golden, 1-2 minutes. Transfer to wire rack. Repeat with remaining butter and tortillas., Beat together cream cheese, honey and cinnamon; slowly mix in yogurt until blended. Spread tortillas with cream cheese mixture; top with strawberries.

CINNAMON TORTILLA WITH CREAM CHEESE & STRAWBERRIES
A wonderful, and easy dessert by the the Editors of Easy Home Cooking Magazine. I just made this, and it was delicious! I can't wait to try it with other berries.The only change I made, was to fry each tortilla with a small amount of butter instead of spraying them with cooking spray. I also topped each one with whipped cream, but wouldn't Ice cream be lovely? I used the low carb tortilla's, but hey, use any kind you like.

Steps:
- Combine sugar substitute and cinnamon in cup; mix well. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Lightly spray one side of tortilla with cooking spray; sprinkle with cinnamon mixture.
- Place tortilla, cinnamon side down, in hot skillet. Cook 2 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from skillet.
- Spread uncooked side of tortilla with cream cheese; arrange strawberries down center of tortilla. Roll up tortilla, or fold, to serve.
- Tip: Prepare recipe through step 3. Mash a few of the strawberry slices with a fork until almost smooth; stir into cream cheese. Proceed as directed in step 4.

STRAWBERRY BURRITOS
Quick, easy dessert. They must make millions of these at the Troy Strawberry Festival in Troy Ohio. They say you haven't lived until you've tried one of these! I like them and am going to have them again for a Cinco de Mayo dessert.

Steps:
- Rinse, hull, and slice strawberries and place in a large bowl.
- Mix with 1/4 cup sugar and stir to blend.
- Allow to sit, refrigerated, until strawberries are juicy, about 1 hour.
- Take a moist paper towel and dab it across the face of the tortilla (until tortilla is slightly damp only).
- Sift confectioners (powdered) sugar all over tortilla until it is reasonably covered.
- Flip over and do other side the same way.
- Take 1/4 of the sugared strawberries and place in the middle of the tortilla.
- Fold up bottom edge and roll up sideways, burrito style.
- Place burrito on serving plate.
- Garnish with whipped cream and a little more sifted confectioners sugar (if desired).
- Repeat with other 3 burritos.
- Serve at once.
