EASY STRAWBERRY BANANA CREAM PIE
Make this easy graham cracker crusted pie in minutes! Mix graham cracker crumbs, lite brown sugar, melted butter, nutmeg and all spice. Press the mixture into a pie plate and bake at 350 for 7 minutes. Chill for about 20 min. While crust cools, slice bananas an strawberries into consistently sized slices. Cover bottom of crust with cool whip, then lay down one layer of fruit, smooth another layer of cool whip over fruit, then decorate the top. This is my first original recipe, Enjoy!

This is a really easy, yet very delicious pie. It's sure to impress your family and your guests. It has a sweet and tart strawberry layer on top of a smooth, lightly sweetened cream cheese layer, with a hint of lemon, in a crunchy graham cracker crust. So pretty and so yummy! (NOTE: Use only frozen berries for best results.)

- Remove cover from graham cracker crust; wash cover in warm soap water; dry cover and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, use an electric hand mixer to beat together 4 ounces softened cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth and creamy (about 2 minutes.)
- Add 1 cup thawed whipped topping (such as Cool Whip) and 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice; beat until thoroughly combined.
- Scrape cream cheese mixture into graham pie crust; evenly smooth. Set aside.
- Pour red strawberry gelatin powder into a mixing bowl
- Add 1 cup boiling water to gelatin; stir constantly until completely dissolved.
- Add frozen strawberries, stirring constantly until liquid begins to thicken.
- Immediately pour strawberry mixture, evenly, over the cream cheese mixture in pie crust. (Work quickly to distribute the berries evenly because it sets up quickly.)
- Place the clean plastic cover over pie; refrigerate for at least 1 1/2 hours before serving.
- Cover and refrigerate leftovers.

- Combine cookie crumbs, 2 Tbsp. sugar and butter; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. Bake 10 min.; cool.
- Use pulsing action to process whole strawberries and remaining sugar in food processor just until berries are finely chopped. Add cream cheese; process just until blended. Spoon into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes; stir 2 min. Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP; spoon into crust.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Garnish with remaining COOL WHIP and sliced strawberries just before serving.
