Steps:
- Heat oven to 375°F. In 10-inch skillet, cook beef, onion, garlic and bell pepper over medium-high heat until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and brown sugar.
- Separate dough into 8 biscuits; place each biscuit in ungreased regular-size muffin cups (2 3/4x1 1/4 inches). Firmly press dough in bottom and up side of each cup, forming 1/4-inch rim. If desired, brush tops and sides of biscuits with an egg wash before baking. To make the egg wash, beat 1 egg yolk and 1/4 teaspoon water until well blended.
- Spoon about 1/3 cup beef mixture into dough-lined cups. Sprinkle each biscuit with 1 tablespoon shredded cheese.
- Bake 17 to 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and cheese is melted.

- Heat oven to 400°. In a large skillet, cook beef and vegetables over medium heat until beef is no longer pink, 5-7 minutes, breaking up beef into crumbles; drain. Stir in barbecue sauce; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 2 minutes, stirring occasionally., Separate dough into 10 biscuits; flatten to 5-in. circles. Press onto bottoms and up sides of greased muffin cups. Fill with beef mixture., Bake until biscuits are golden brown, 9-11 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; bake until cheese is melted, 1-2 minutes longer.

Steps:
- Set oven to 400 degrees.
- Prepare 10 ungreased standard-size muffin cups/tins.
- In a large skillet brown the ground beef with onion, garlic, celery and bell pepper for about 6-8 minutes, or until the beef is no longer pink; drain fat and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add in barbecue sauce and simmer about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile place one biscuit in each ungreased muffin tins and press the dough down firmly onto the bottoms and sides of the cups.
- Spoon about 1/4 cup beef mixture into each biscuit cup.
- Sprinkle the tops with parmesan cheese and bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the edges of the biscuits are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle grated cheddar cheese over the tops of each, return to the oven for about 1-2 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Let stand for 1 minute then loosen edges of biscuits cups before removing them from the pan.

- Heat oven to 400°. Cook beef and onions in ovenproof 12-inch skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in sloppy joe sauce. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over beef mixture. If skillet is not ovenproof, cover handle with aluminum foil.
- Bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
