I had something similar to this at a potluck and recreated it on my own. It's super easy and will probably please the whole family. I generally serve this dish with a side of salad to compliment the heaviness of the casserole. Sometimes I add some fried onions beneath the ham for something different.

1 (1 kg) package frozen potato pierogi
1 (10 ounce) can cream of whatever soup
1 (10 ounce) can milk
2 cups ham or 2 cups cooked sausage
2 cups cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Layer the bottom of a 9x13 greased pan with frozen pierogies.
  • Then sprinkle the ham over top of the pierogoies.
  • Mix together the soup and milk and pour over the ham and pierogies.
  • Top with cheese and bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350.

This is a Kraft recipe and photo-It is so good you will be making it regular in your menu plans. My family loves this recipe and I am confident your family will love it too!

9 medium lasagna noodles, uncooked
4 c hot mashed potatoes or use cottage cheese (small curd-4 c.)
1/2 c more or less herb & garlic cream cheese spread
6 medium green onions, thinly sliced
1 pkg (80g) real bacon recipe pieces, divided(about 1 1/2 cups of precooked bacon crumbled)
2 c double cheddar shredded cheese, divided

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375^. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside. --- Cook noodles without salt until al dente. Drain. Rinse.
  • 2. Combine potatoes, cream cheese spread, onions, 1/2 the bacon pieces and 1 cup of the cheddar.
  • 3. Place 3 of the noodles in the prepared dish; cover with 1/3 of the potato mixture. Repeat layers twice. Top with remaining bacon and cheese; cover. --- Bake 30 minutes . Uncover; bake 3-minutes or until cheese is lightly browned. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting to serve. --- Serve with a nice mixed green salad tossed with your favorite dressing.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350*. Saute the onions in the butter till golden. Mash the potatoes with the Cheez Whiz and cream cheese.
  • Then grease 9x13-inch pan and begin layering - casserole noodles first, then potato mixture, and finally onions.
  • Then bake for 40 minutes. After baking, brown under broiler for 5 minutes additional.

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Prepare potatoes as directed on package. Meanwhile, cook the noodles.

1 package Mrs. T's® Mini Four Cheese Medley Pierogies
1 ½ cups Broccoli Florets (frozen)
4 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
½ cup Sour Cream
½ cup Vegetable Broth
1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded, divided)
1/3 cup Breadcrumbs
2 tbsp Olive Oil
½ tsp Salt (plus extra to taste)
Black Pepper (to taste)
Non-stick Cooking Spray

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Spray an oven-proof baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Add the pierogies and broccoli to the baking dish. Set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, sour cream, broth, and 2/3 cup of cheddar cheese. Add salt and pepper, to taste.

1 (8-ounce) package oven-ready lasagna noodles (12 noodles)
3 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into large chunks or 2 cups prepared instant mashed potatoes
2 cups small-curd cottage cheese
1 large egg, beaten
1/4 teaspoon plus 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup caramelized onions
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs

Steps:

  • Preparation: 1.Soak noodles in warm water for 30 minutes, making sure they don't stick to each other. 2.Meanwhile, in medium pot, boil potatoes in salted water until tender. 3.While potatoes are cooking, mix together cottage cheese, egg, and 1/4 teaspoon onion salt, and set aside. 4.When potatoes are tender, mash them and stir in Cheddar cheese, 1/4 teaspoon regular salt, remaining 1/4 teaspoon onion salt and pepper, and set aside. 5.Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a 9-inch-by-13-inch pan that has been lightly coated with nonstick spray, place 3 drained noodles horizontally. 6.Spread cottage cheese over first layer of noodles.
