1/2 lb deli corned beef (or other) sliced thin
1 pkg chive (or other flavor) cream cheese
6 whole large dill pickles

Steps:

  • 1. Spread a slice of deli meat with the cream cheese mixture.
  • 2. Wrap each slice around a pickle.
  • 3. Slice about 1/2 inch thick. Place on serving plate and arrange attractively.
  • 4. Repeat.

I decided to try this recipe on my card club, and it was a big success. They loved it. This ham pickle roll up recipe can be swapped around and changed in so many different ways and always turns out as an awesome appetizer or great-looking centerpiece over a hand of cards.

2 ounces cream cheese, softened
1-1/2 teaspoons spicy ranch salad dressing mix
2 slices deli ham
2 whole dill pickles

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and dressing mix. Spread over ham slices. Place a pickle on each ham slice. Roll up tightly; wrap in plastic. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm. Cut each wrap into six slices.

1 slice bologna
1 slice American cheese
1 kosher dill sandwich pickle

  • Spread tortilla with mustard. Top with remaining ingredients; roll up.
  • Serve immediately or wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
