EASY FROZEN PEANUT BUTTER RICE KRISPIE TREAT BARS
This is in no way anywhere near healthy. I've never actually eaten this except for a few bites to make sure it tastes okay. I was trying to make a last minute dessert as part of an anniversary gift. I make really good peanut butter bon bons but I haven't in years so I looked up a recipe and made it all wrong. I did not even have powdered sugar and attempted to whiz it through my food processor. Did not work. Television has lied to me. Haha. Anyways, so after that mess up, I threw everything into a pan and froze it for any hour and it ended up being my lovermans favorite dessert that I made. Go figure. I didn't use measurements while making this. I've made it twice and both times came out pretty good.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a bowl mix the brownie mix as directed. Add the peanut bitter chips in the batter. In another bowl mix the cookie mix as directed (omitting the egg). Add the semi-sweet chocolate chips to the batter.
- Spray an 13x9 baking pan with non-stick spray. Spread the brownie batter into the pan. Take the peanut butter batter and drop spoonfuls over the brownie batter. Take a butter knife and swirl the two batter together causing a marble affect.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until a toothpick is inserted and comes out almost clean. Be careful not to over bake. It is better if it is just a tad bit under done. Let cool and cut into bars.
EASY PEANUT BUTTER BARS
Steps:
- 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degree F. Lightly coat 13x9x2-inch baking pan with cooking spray or grease with some shortening. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl beat together the brown sugar, peanut butter, cooking oil, and eggs until well blended. 2 Beat in milk, then beat in flour until well combined. Spread into a prepared pan. 3 Sprinkle peanut-butter-flavored pieces and peanuts atop. Bake in 350 degree F oven 20 to 25 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Cut into bars. Makes 32 bars. 4 *Note: We used self-rising flour because it saves measuring additional ingredients. If you don't keep it on hand, substitute a mixture of 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
