1 jar (4.5 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 cup chopped onion (about 1 large)
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups milk
3 eggs
3/4 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 to 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (4 to 6 oz)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425°F. Grease 10-inch glass pie plate with shortening or cooking spray. Sprinkle mushrooms, 2/3 cup of the onion and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese in pie plate.
  • In medium bowl, beat milk, eggs and Bisquick mix with wire whisk or electric mixer about 1 minute or until smooth. Pour over vegetable mixture in pie plate.
  • Bake 20 minutes. Spread pizza sauce over top. Top with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, remaining 1/3 cup onion, the bell pepper and mozzarella cheese. Bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until cheese is light brown. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.

3 cups water or 3 cups broth
1 cup polenta
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2-3/4 cup spaghetti sauce
4 ounces sliced mushrooms
2 garlic cloves
1 -2 tablespoon nutritional yeast

Steps:

  • Bring the water and salt to a boil. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Add the polenta and simmer until fully cooked, about 10 to 30 minutes depending on your stove.
  • Spoon the polenta into a greased 10 inch glass dish. Let cool 10 minutes.
  • Ladle sauce onto the top of the polenta. Sprinkle the nutritional yeast on top of the sauce.
  • Next add 2 cloves of minced garlic and the mushrooms.
  • Bake at 400°F for about 20 minutes.

1/4 recipe Pizza Dough Recipe
1 cup pizza sauce
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Pizza Shredded Four Cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 450ºF.
  • Roll dough on lightly floured surface to 12-inch circle; place on 12-inch pizza pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Spread with sauce; top with vegetables.
  • Bake 10 min. Top with cheese; bake 8 to 10 min. or until cheese is melted and edge of crust is golden brown.
