- Heat oven to 400°F. Grease 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle ham, cheese and onions in pie plate.
- Stir Bisquick mix, milk, salt, pepper and eggs until blended. Pour into pie plate.

- Melt butter in a saucepan; stir in flour, salt, mustard and pepper until smooth. Gradually add milk and onion; bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
