This is the way I throw this fish together. I have tons of frozen tilapia in my freezer and this works for me - easy and low-sodium.

2 tablespoons butter, for each filet (approx.)
fresh lemon juice
fresh ground pepper
1 dash Old Bay Seasoning
1 tilapia fillet

Steps:

  • Melt butter and add lemon juice to taste.
  • Lay tilapia filets in a broiler-safe pan.
  • Brush each side with butter/lemon mixture.
  • Broil, turning often and basting with butter till fish begins to flake easily.
  • On last round, add pepper and a sprinkling of Old Bay seasoning on each side.
  • Eat. It's yummy and good for you!

4 - fish filets, your choice
1 cup(s) mayonaise (with olive oil)
1 cup(s) freshly grated parmigiana cheese
- salt & freshly cracked pepper to taste

Steps:

  • make sure fish is cleaned
  • salt & pepper both sides of the fish
  • pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
  • mix the mayonnaise and grated cheese together
  • spray the pan with non-stick spray
  • lay the four fillets in the pan & cover each with the mayonnaise mixture
  • bake in a 350 degree oven for five minutes - turn the oven off and allow the fish to sit in the hot oven for another three minutes. When you open the oven door you should have perfectly cooked fish
