MEP'S EASY, TASTY TILAPIA
This is the way I throw this fish together. I have tons of frozen tilapia in my freezer and this works for me - easy and low-sodium.

Steps:
- Melt butter and add lemon juice to taste.
- Lay tilapia filets in a broiler-safe pan.
- Brush each side with butter/lemon mixture.
- Broil, turning often and basting with butter till fish begins to flake easily.
- On last round, add pepper and a sprinkling of Old Bay seasoning on each side.
- Eat. It's yummy and good for you!

Steps:
- make sure fish is cleaned
- salt & pepper both sides of the fish
- pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
- mix the mayonnaise and grated cheese together
- spray the pan with non-stick spray
- lay the four fillets in the pan & cover each with the mayonnaise mixture
- bake in a 350 degree oven for five minutes - turn the oven off and allow the fish to sit in the hot oven for another three minutes. When you open the oven door you should have perfectly cooked fish
