EASY PARMESAN CHIVE DROP BISCUITS
I had some fresh chives left over that I wanted to use, and just threw this together. I was pleasantly surprised by the result, these little biscuits are very moist and flavorful. I made mine with fresh chives, but I'm fairly certain that the dried ones would be just as good. They would be good with a variety of main dishes, but I've been eating them as a snack. They're good with butter, but better with a dab of mayo.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450° F. Lightly grease or line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. In a medium mixing bowl, use a pastry cutter to cut the butter into the baking mix until there are small chunks of butter about the size of peas. Stir in the cheddar cheese and garlic powder. Using a large fork or spoon, lightly stir mixture together while drizzling in the milk, only until the mixture is combined. Do not overmix as it will result in tough biscuits. Drop 1/3 cup portions of the dough onto the baking sheet (I used an ice cream scoop). Bake for 12 to 14 minutes, or until the tops of biscuits are beginning to lightly brown. Make the Garlic Butter while the biscuits are baking by melting butter is a small bowl in the microwave. Stir in garlic salt and parsley. When biscuits are done, use a brush to spread the Garlic Butter over the tops of the biscuits. If desired, sprinkle a little kosher salt on the top of the biscuits.
FAST & EASY LOW FAT DROP BISCUITS
These are easy and fast to make in your food processor (though you could do it by hand). They are slightly non-traditional biscuits in that they don't use shortening, but they are very tasty and work great when dunked into soup.

KITTENCAL'S EASY STIR AND DROP CHEESE BISCUITS
If your biscuit-challenged then try this I think you will be pleased with the results! for garlic-lovers add in 1/2 to 1 teaspoon garlic powder you can also add in dried herbs --- make sure that the buttermilk is very cold when adding in the melted butter this will form small clumps of semi hardened butter that is needed for the success of these biscuits I have suggested in the instructions to put the buttermilk in the freezer--- in place of buttermilk mix 1-1/2 tablespoons white vinegar with milk to equal 1 cup then allow to sit for 10 minutes mixing often --- these are best served still warm :)
