Steps:
- 1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, saute garlic in 1 Tbsp. butter for 1 minute.
- 2. Add the cream cheese, sour cream, milk, salt, onion powder, pepper and remaining butter. Cook and stir over low heat just until smooth (do not boil). Remove from the heat.
- 3. Drain the spaghetti; toss with the cream sauce. Sprinkle with parsley. May also add Parmesan cheese.

- 1. Heat onion in oil until tender over medium heat. Add chicken, mushroom soup and mushrooms. Cook until heated throughout.
- 2. Reduce heat to low. Add sour cream. Heat thoroughly. Serve over hot egg noodles.
