1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
2 Tbsp. flour
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
2 cups milk
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans and corn)
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Steps:

  • Spray large saucepan with cooking spray. Add chicken; cook and stir on medium-high heat 5 minutes or until done. Stir in flour; cook and stir 1 min.
  • Add broth, milk and vegetables; stir. Reduce heat to medium. Bring just to boil, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
  • Stir in cheese until completely melted.

¼ cup butter
1 onion, chopped
¼ cup all-purpose flour
3 cups chicken broth
3 cups milk
1 pound shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • In a 3 quart saucepan over medium-high heat, melt butter or margarine. Add onion and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in flour and cook until flour has blended with onion mixture.
  • Add chicken broth and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is slightly thickened. Add milk and heat just to boiling, stirring constantly.
  • In covered blender at medium speed, blend about 1/4 of soup mixture at a time until smooth. Return to saucepan and, over medium heat, heat just to boiling. Remove from heat.
  • With wire whisk or slotted spoon, stir in cheese until melted. If cheese does not melt completely, cook over very low heat about 1 minute, stirring constantly.

2 to 3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups chicken broth
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, drained
1 cup frozen corn
1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
8 ounces process cheese (Velveeta), cubed
1/2 to 1 teaspoon ground cumin

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, saute onion and garlic in oil and butter until tender. Stir in the flour until blended. Gradually add broth. 2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup carrot
2 teaspoons flour
1 cup water
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
1/2 cup frozen broccoli
1/2 cup cauliflower
1/2 cup milk
2 ounces Velveeta cheese
4 ounces chicken breasts, cooked and chunked
1 cup shell macaroni, cooked
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 dash salt and pepper

Steps:

  • In a 2 quart saucepan, heat olive oil over low heat, add onion, celery and carrots. Cook until tender, but not soft.
  • Sprinkle vegetables w/flour and stir quickly to combine; gradually stir in water.
  • Add chicken granules and stir constantly, bringing to a boil.
  • Add broccoli and cauliflower and cook, stirring for about 3 minutes
  • Add milk and cheese. Continue stirring until cheese melts.
  • Reduce heat to low and add remaining ingredients and cook until thoroughtly heated.

1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (11 ounce) can condensed cream of Cheddar cheese soup
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream

Steps:

  • Rinse chicken, and pat dry. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place in slow cooker.

4 large chicken breasts
2 sleeves Ritz crackers
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup milk
3 cups cheddar cheese, grated
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 (14 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons butter

Steps:

  • Cut each chicken breast into 3 large chunks.
  • In a small food processor grind up the ritz crackers.
  • Pour the milk, cheese and cracker crumbs into 3 separate small pans. Toss the 1/4 t salt and 1/8 t pepper into the cracker crumbs and stir the mixture around to combine.
  • Dip each piece of chicken into the milk then the cheese and finally the cracker crumbs.
  • Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray and lay the chicken inside the pan.
  • Sprinkle the dried parsley over the chicken.
  • Cover the pan with tin foil and bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove the tin foil, bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the edges of the chicken are golden brown and crispy.
  • Into a medium sized sauce pan combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream and butter with a whisk. Stir it over medium high heat until the sauce is nice and hot. Serve over the chicken.
