Number Of Ingredients 6

1 container (16 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, well drained
3/4 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 jar (7 oz.) roasted red peppers, well drained, chopped
4 eggs, beaten
3 Tbsp. each KRAFT Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping and plain dry bread crumbs

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix all ingredients until well blended.
  • Pour into 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 45 min. or until center is set. Let stand 10 min. before cutting into slices to serve.

I think I got this from Kraft a while ago, need some advice on what to use and how much spices and herbs to use because this is on the bland side, I have tried Italian seasoning but this needs more then just that My doc likes this recipe for me because of the dairy and its low carb, bin having trouble with low vitamin D

16 oz container low fat cottage cheese
10 oz pkg frozen broccoli,thawed, chopped and well drained
3/4 c cheddar cheese, shredded low fat
7 oz jar red peppers, well drained, chopped
4 egg, beaten
3 Tbsp each reduce fat parmesan cheese and dry bread crumbs

Steps:

  • 1. mix all ingredients till well blended
  • 2. pour into 9 inch pie plate thats bin sprayed with cooking spray
  • 3. bake at 350* for 45 minutes or until center is set. Let srand for 10 minutes before cutting and serving
  • 4. Nutrition info: 200 calories, 9 fat, 12 carbs, 19 protein, 630 mg sodium
