EASIEST EVER CHOCOLATE FUDGE CAKE
It is the magazine I found this recipe in calling this 'the easiest', not me. That said, it does look pretty easy. I found it in a booklet produced by the British cooking magazine Olive. So, the measurements are in grams rather than ounces but don't let that scare you and remember you can use the conversion chart here to instantly convert the recipe.

This recipe was given to me by the owner of a bed and breakfast in Arkansas. It is SO easy to make. Just make sure you are a really quick "stirrer", as my daughter says.

Steps:
- Line 8 inch square pan with waxed paper. Butter the waxed paper and put chopped nuts on top of butter.
- In microwaveable bowl, combine both packages of chips. Microwave until melted.
- QUICKLY stir in sweetened condensed milk and pour into pan.
- This doesn't take but a second to start getting hard, so stir and pour quickly.
- It is usually completely set within an hour. Make sure it is cool before cutting.
- I have to cut this in small squares because it is very rich.

Steps:
- Grease a 9x15 pyrex dish. Cover bottom with wax paper.
- Put peanut butter and butter in a large microwavable bowl. Do Not Cover! I used a large glass casserole dish and that seemed to work perfectly. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
- Remove from microwave. Stir to combine. Return to microwave for another 2 minutes on high.
- Remove from microwave. Add the vanilla extract to the mixture and stir to combine. Add the powdered sugar and stir combine. You are done stirring once the mixture appears evenly combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared dish. Use a second sheet of wax paper to cover the fudge and smooth the top. Place in the fridge to cool. Once cool, discard the wax paper cover and cut into pieces and serve.

- 1. Place both milk chocolate and semi sweet chocolate in a medium sized microwave safe bowl. Pour in the condensed milk. Microwave on medium power for 2-3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Microwave, in one minute intervals until the chips are melted and the mixture is thick and smooth. Add nuts and stir to mix. Pour mixture into a buttered 8X8 baking pan. Let set.
