2 pints orange sherbet
1 pint vanilla ice cream
1 liter lemon lime soda or lemon lime seltzer
1 lime, for garnish, optional

Steps:

  • For each freeze, in a blender combine 3 scoops orange sherbet and 1 scoop vanilla ice cream. Add 1/4 liter lemon lime soda or lemon lime seltzer and 4 ice cubes to the blender. Set blender top in place and blend on high setting until frothy and smooth. Pour into fountain or tall glass and garnish glass rim with a round of lime and a straw. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

1 cup sugar
2 tablespoon honey

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Puree until smooth. Pour into a 9x9-inch metal baking dish and freeze for about 4 hours until solid.

1 cup orange juice
1 (12-ounce) package frozen raspberries
1 tablespoon sugar

Steps:

  • Pour the orange juice into an ice cube tray and freeze for 3 hours.
  • Put the frozen orange juice cubes and raspberries into the bowl of a food processor. Add the sugar and process until the mixture is the texture of snow, 45 to 60 seconds. If the mixture remains course in texture add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water. Serve immediately, or transfer to a freezer container and freeze for later.

4 cups graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup butter, melted
3-1/2 quarts vanilla ice cream, softened
2 cans (12 ounces each) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine cracker crumbs and sugar; stir in butter. Set aside 2 cups for topping. Press remaining crumb mixture into two greased 15x10x1-in. pans. Cover and freeze for at least 10 minutes., In a large bowl, combine ice cream and orange juice concentrate until smooth. Spoon over crusts (pans will be full). Freeze for 10 minutes or until partially firm., Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture; gently press down. Cover and freeze for up to 2 months. Remove from the freezer 15 minutes before serving.
