HAM & ASPARAGUS DIVINE

Steps:
- Slice ham 1/4 inch thick -- cook saparagus until tender - drain. Alternate slices of ham and asparagus in greased 2 QT. shallow baking pan. Melt butter and stir in flour gradually. Stir in milk and sr. Cream -- stirring until sauce thickens. Stir in cheese until smooth. Add salt/pepper. Spoon sauce over casserole. Sprinkle top w/ parmesan cheese Bake 400 - 20 - 25 min until top is browned
DIVINE ASPARAGUS
I made this as a side with Cordon Bleu (I posted a cordon bleu recipe recently) and it was absolutely delicious!

Steps:
- 1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 2. Sauté garlic in the butter until fragrant. Add the asparagus, cover and cook for 2 minutes.
- 3. Pour in the wine and add the raisins.
- 4. Cook uncovered until wine has evaporated and asparagus is tender, about 4 minutes.
- 5. Serve hot.
