- In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, chocolate, sweetener and vanilla until smooth. Stir in pecans. Press into an 8-in. square dish lined with foil. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve chilled.

CREAM CHEESE FUDGE (EASY RECIPE)
Steps:
- Spray an 8-inch square pan with cooking spray or line with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the edges.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese at medium-low speed until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.
- Gradually beat in the sugar until it's smooth and lump-free.
- Pour the melted chocolate, chopped walnuts, and vanilla, and beat on low speed for about 3 minutes.
- Spread the fudge mixture into the prepared pan. Refrigerate it for at least 3 hours or until firm. Slice it into squares. Enjoy!

I found this recipe for a good fudge without many calories and less sugar to make it for my husband, who is diabetic, and it is very good. Enjoy it.

Steps:
- Combine milk and cocoa in saucepan. Beat well. Add margarine, sugar and salt. Bring to boil.
- Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients except 1/4 cup graham crackers. Cool about 15 minutes.
- Divide mixture into 32 balls and roll in remaining cracker crumbs and chill.
- Nutritional Information: 47 Calories (kcal); 2g Total Fat; (36% calories from fat); 1g Protein; 6g Carbohydrate; 2mg Cholesterol; 65mg Sodium.

DIABETIC CREAM CHEESE ICING
If you love cream cheese without the powder sugar then here it is. For a change taste the real cream cheese and not all the sugar. I'm a daibetic and this works for me.
