A fruity Halloween punch that will make your guests cringe! Feel free to use a variety of food coloring to achieve the desired color of punch.n Decorate with desired plastic flies, eye balls, or plastic fingers! For the adults: throw in some vanilla vodka! Yummy!

- Scoop rainbow sherbet into a bowl; allow to sit at room temperature until it turns slushy..n
- Mix black cherry-flavored drink mix with sugar and water in a pitcher; stir until sugar is dissolved. Add orange-flavored drink mix; stir well. Pour into a punch bowl. Top with pineapple soda; stir well.n
- Stir the rainbow sherbet with a wooden spoon until it turns a grayish color. Scoop into the punch bowl. Stir slowly to break up the sherbet.n

DAY OLD BATHWATER PUNCH

Steps:
- About 45 minutes before serving time, set cans of lemonade and limeade and container of sherbet out to thaw.
- After 15 minutes, scoop out half of the sherbet container's contents.
- Mix it into a brownish color.
- Return this mixture to the empty half of the sherbet container and to the freezer.
- Prepare lemonades and limeade according to the can directions.
- Pour into punch bowl.
- Float scoops of the brownish sherbet on top of the lemonade mixture spreading it around to look like dirty brown suds.
- Do not stir.
CARIBBEAN CARROT PUNCH
This is a refreshing drink found all over the Caribbean. It can be made into an adult beverage with the addition of a little rum.

Steps:
- Clean the carrots and grate them, or chop them into a food processor or blender. Add the water and pulse until pureed. It is best to do this in two batches. Strain into a bowl using a fine strainer or cheese cloth. Squeeze the pulp to get all of the juice. You can strain a second time if you prefer less pulp in the juice.
- Add the vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg and stir well. Add the sweetened condensed milk to your taste. Start with 1/2 a can and add until it is sweet enough for you. Chill for a couple of hours and serve over ice.
NEW YEAR'S DAY PUNCH
Southerners are known for punches and this one from Petersburg, VA is typical. The recipe came from a cookbook published many years ago by Christ and Grace Episcopal Church. The tea should be made using 6 tsp. black tea and 2 tsp. green tea.

- Place the lemon peels in a bowl and pour the boiling tea over them. Squeeze the lemon juice over the sugar. When the tea is cool, strain out the lemon peels and combine with the sugar-lemon juice. Add the rum. If you wish you can stop here and bottle this mixture which will keep in a cool place indefinitely. When ready to serve the punch, add the gin and the sparkling water. Serve over a large block of ice or 1 quart of crushed ice, if desired.
