This is the EASIEST peanutbutter cookie recipe that ive ever seen! My dad loves it!

Number Of Ingredients 3

1 c peanut butter, creamy (chunky works well too)
1 egg
1 c white sugar

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all ingredients to form a dough. Make a ball about the size of a quarter, place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350* for 8-10 minutes.

2/3 cup shortening
2/3 cup margarine (softened)
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar (packed)
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 cups flour
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
12 ounces semisweet chocolate pieces

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375. Mix thouroughly shortening, margarine, sugars, eggs and vanilla. Blend in remaining ingredients. drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until light brown. Makes about 7 dozen cookies.
